aufs4 GIT release (linux-v4.10-rc8)

o minor
- convert pid bitmap to a flag per task
- tiny, update the copyright year

Currently git.code.sf.net site rejects all connections from me. It
answers to ping, but unable to connect on ssh and https.

$ ssh -v ***@git.code.sf.net

fatal: unable to access 'https://git.code.sf.net/p/aufs/aufs-util/': GnuTL=
S recv error (-54): Error in the pull function.

So aufs-util.git is not updated yet.
For now, I don't care about that since it contains "update the copyright
year" only in this release.
